Dr. Runnells is a great doctor. Diane in reception is very helpful and will work with you on your appointments - even if it's an emergency. The office is clean, pleasant, and in a good neighborhood. I've been going here for years - -and am a great believer in chiropractic health - especially maintenance appointments. I've had back issues for years, and continue to stay healthy and on my feet with regular monthly visits. Dr John truly cares - i've sent several friends in to see him and they have all been very satisfied with the results. Honest, dependable, and caring - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

Great chiropractor and front office staff. Friendly, professional and generally running on time! Cash prices are inexpensive compared to others I've checked for those of us without insurance. I felt relief right away. Doesn't add expensive therapy that isn't necessary, but if you need it, it's there. Overall, we were impressed and will return.
