I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
