Removed from participation in workers' compensation system as network or non-network health care provider because he provided treatment that did no comport with Official Disability Guidelines and billed as Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facility in violation of Division fee guidelines and then he lost his license because of FELONY CONVICTION.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. Meromero
