They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Tomaselli is fast and efficient. He is what I like to call a "bone cruncher", so if you are too tender or delicate, you might want to beware. (note: He also adjusts horses!) I kinda like all the snap-crackle-and pop. He does a super job on my hips, back and extremities, but not as well on my neck.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
