The office is well organized and clean. I ususally get into my appointment within 5 mins, once waited 1/2 hour. I don't consider that bad at all. I went to him for a concern last year. After several appointments, I was much better. I'm going again now for a different problem. It's getting better after 2-3 appointments. The first 2 helped, but it was a stubborn muscle. :) He explained his reasons for the amount and timing of appointments, and the healing process has occurred close to the timing he projected. I feel much better! I would recommend Dr Gatto.
Fyi - I've been to other chiropractors, some I would recommend and some I wouldn't necessarily.

Their office was very quiet and I was able to relax very easily. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had. Dr. Gatto is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, letting me know what he was doing with the treatments and I feel confident taking my baby to him also.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
