Russ is a kind and considerate practitioner that is a great member of our community. He goes out of his way to accommodate patients, has a knowledge base and skill set that cannot be questioned, and will refer to other medical professionals as needed. Highly recommended.

Russ helped me many times with my back and knees and knows what he's doing. He teaches or taught at the Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls. I never had any complaints about treatments but he was slow to file insurance claims and would wait until the end of the year to file them all at once which cost me $400 that I would have gotten back. But for treatment he is absolutely great.

My appointments never get canceled last minute. Dr. Ebbetts always goes above and beyond to see me quickly if necessary.. I have been his client for fifteen years and I recommend him highly.
