Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
