They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

Dr Vallee is fantastic. Very gentle, very thorough. Answers questions in a clear and friendly manner, and most importantly, really knows what he's doing. There are several chiropractors within minutes of where we live, but my husband and I prefer to see Dr. Vallee even though it's an hour round trip. We highly recommend him.
