The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The only draw back I had was they are a small office and the do no t except credit cards, which can be a hassle with a flex spending account.
