Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I made an appointment with this chiropractic office because I had an acute situation, and they were the only one on my insurance that was open and available on a Saturday. I waited a long time in the waiting room, and in the treatment room. I did not see Trinka, I saw one of his staff DOs. She did not treat the area I came in for at all. She did a treatment for shoulders/upper back and shoved me out the door, before I could tell her she hadn't addressed my lower back at all. It was my first and only chiropractic appointment, so I can not compare the actual treatment to others.
