don't try to "chit chat" with Dr. Fantino. She is exactly "0" in bedside manner. She is very moody and not open to new therapies and techniques. Can not in good conscience recommend. her.

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. During my adjustments they did not pay much attention to my problem area. I would have liked if they focused more on the actual purpose of my visit. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

As for the doctor, do not even try to tell her where your pain is. She uses a tool she calls an activator in stead of doing manual adjustments. I will be looking for a different chiropractor. I guess if this doctor and staff know you, you are treated a lot better. Also, there are no minorities on staff nor did I see any minority patients. I wonder if there is bias in this practice.
