Dr. Davis is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. He is also very knowledgeable and can even take x-rays if you need them. Very satisfied with treatment!

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
