I started going to this facility a month ago and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and my overall experience with their products. First, as a new patient I love how they take their time and explain the options and the benefits of both the B12 and the Lipotropic shots. They don't pressure you to buy anything you don't need and are extremely friendly.

Since I began the shots, I've noticed a tremendous increase in my mood, my overall energy level, and I am able to focus better. I am very happy with my decision to try these shots and my decision to choose Ageless MD!

I purchased a Groupon for B-12 and lipotropic injections. I emailed my information as instructed. I received a response shortly after and had my first appointment with a week. The staff is professional and I'm seen at my scheduled time without delay. It's only been a couple of weeks and I have seen progress.

The staff at Ageless M.D. is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've been going there since December and already told my friends and referred my aunt about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful clinic. The leather loungers in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable and it was nice to sit right in front of the fireplace in their waiting room! The background music was lovely. It was clearly chosen to soothe. Perfect volume and it really helped me relax.

I can't say enough great things about this place. It had literally been life changing for me. My weight was 169 when I walked in the first time, this was at the end of May 2013. Now I am 137 and 7 pounds away from my goal. I never thought these weight loss medications and B12 injections were even an option. The girls are always so sweet and explain everything in detail. I am so happy to be a success story for them. This place has changed my life and I am so happy I found it on Groupon. Their office was so inviting and comfortable. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure every single question I had was answered.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what the physician learned during his anti-aging fellowship, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff that offered cold bottled water and recommended using the massage chair since I was early for my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never used to look forward to going to the doctor until now.
