I know for a fact that the reviewer named "Melinda" has never visited this practitioner. Sam is an excellent therapist, always listens to his clients and is professional at all times. The reviewer named "Melinda" must be confused.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Sam does an amazing job. Comfortable sorroundings, great massage. I have an ongoing issue with my shoulder and every time I leave there, my shoulder feels great. Scheduling is convenient online and he alwasy sends a reminder confirmation the day before. You feel at ease once you arrive. He always has a cup of tea and a bottle of water waiting. Same is a very nice guy and can really read the person. Sometimes I feel like talking, Sam senses it and we have a great conversation. Sometimes I feel like just relaxing and saying nothing, Sam senses this as well. I have been getting massages for years and Sam is one of the best.
