I am very pleased with Dr. Arkady Kagan. They exceeded my high expectations. The work was done with out pain and with LOCAL anesthetics. It was similar to a dentist where you do NOT feel pain just the idea in your head that you are being worked on.
Dr K gave me a pill to help me relax. That helped !
My results are super and he does a great job on his follow up visits.

I had heard great things about this doctor. I went for a consultation as I couldn't read without glasses anymore. Dr. Kagan explained in details why people over 40 partially lose their near vision. He spoke slowly and answered all my questions. He showed me an educational video describing why farsightedness happens and how it can be fixed. I had a Conductive Keratoplasty. The procedure took 5 min for both eyes. I could read the very same day. I told all my friends about Dr.Kagan and the CK surgery. In 21 century, people are not stuck with reading glasses anymore.

I am a long time patient of Dr Arkady Kagan. I had LASIK performed by him in 1999 and was very happy with my vision up until i developed Cataracts. Without a doubt i chose Dr. Kagan again for my eye surgery. It has been three weeks since i had my second eye operated on and i am glad to report that i am doing well. Dr. Kagan used the new lenses available for cataract patients now and i dont need near or distance glasses. I chose well once again.

I come to Dr. Kagan for cosmetic and now eye services. I feel comfortable in the good hands of the doctor. I've modeled for years now and my job relies on me looking my best so I continue to come back to the Kagan Insititute because of the trust I have in his honesty. I love the results from Botox because they are subtle yet make the difference that I want and need for my line of work. My new obsession is definitely Sculptra! I Have a thin face and it really plumps it up in the right places to take years off! I Highly recommend it!

I had a Lasik surgery 8 years ago performed by Dr. Kagan. My vision before was very poor and I could not see clearly from the distance. I trusted Dr. Kagan with this procedure because of his many years of experience, credentials, excellent results and his latest top equipment. I like that he updates his medical knowledge by going to conferences and seminars. Since I had this surgery my life has changed completely, I can feel like a full functional person, not depending on lenses or glasses. All these years I never experienced any issues with my eyes thanks to Dr. Kagan’s help. I strongly recommend him for any of your ophthalmic needs. I am very happy with the results.

A famous Beverly Hills eye doctor, having ascertained that I have a cataract, referred me to Dr. Kagan saying simply that he has "the best hands in the business". It happened two years ago. A month ago Dr. Kagan operated on my second eye. I lost my glasses and I am not frantically looking for them. I am an actor and I was working the day after the op. If you are looking for a quick-fix eye-sight miracle, your destination is Dr. Kagan's office. If you find my information misleading, I'll pay your expenses.

I lived all my life, seeing only one eye. My left eye was with a great degree of farsightedness, and I almost did not use them. And now the moment has come when I still dare to do the operation. I chose Dr. Akady Kagan. Several consultations, a couple of visits to the doctor and I have designated the transaction date. Dr. Kagan inspires trust. He is competent and friendly. Staff in the Office of reception, educated and competent. In general the atmosphere as discussed with.
The PRK operation itself took no more than 5 minutes. This was followed by recovery period following 3 days were the heaviest period, permanent sensation of a foreign body in the eye. Had to constantly drip drop. Relief came to 4 per day, and a week later I almost didn't feel the pain. Now I see the eye in the same way as before seen wearing glasses with very strong lens. This is a very new and unusual feeling for me, and I gradually get to it. Of course, I am satisfied with the work of Dr. Kagan-now I need not to wear glasses and I had better see! Thanks to Dr. Kagan and his staff!

They make you feel completely at ease, keep you smiling the entire time you are in their care, and i am always thrilled with the results! Stop Reading and make an appt! You are in great hands! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I strongly recommend Dr. Kagan for Dry eye Syndrome treatment. He diagnosed me and got me on treatment immediately. I feel so much better.
