Viki is the best! She is so knowledgeable as well as helps relieve the chronic pain. I've been thru some barbaric therapists who don't know how to handle Fibromyalgia. Vik gets gently into the areas without making matters worse. She understands so much more than any therapist I've ever been to. She can read my body and understand how it responds so she adjusts her procedures to me. I can live life better because Viki's way heals my body. Viki IS THE BEST!

Viki Bissinger is my favorite massage therapist in the Hudson Valley region. Broad and expansive knowledge and training in the musculature/skeleton of the body, including the lymph system, cranial therapy, reflexology and myofascial release. She listens to the needs of the patient and addresses the issues with many approaches and tools, including sound therapy and aromatherapy (essential oils). The atmosophere is comfortable, private and with the use of heated massage table. Highly recommend visiting Viki for lymph drainage, muscle/ligament pain, headaches, after surgery, general relaxation and loosen tight spots, which she finds easily with her magic hands.

I have known Viki and been going to her for many years. Every time I have visited and been treated by her I come away with relief from my pain, and a solid understanding of what I can do to help my conditions, and satisfaction that she is a thoughtful, caring and fully qualified therapist in treating all varieties of ailments. I highly recommend her !!

I have been in a great deal of pain ever since I had Chemo and radiation 2 and a half years ago. I went to several "pain management " "Doctors", gotten injections in my neck and shoulders with minimal relief. I came across Viki on my way to church one Sunday passing her location. I made an appointment and I have been able to run and play with my children build a shed and enjoy living again. I was very sad but now I am happy. I cannot thank this woman enough. If you are in pain go see her you will not leave her office thinking that was a waste of my time. You will feel results after your first visit

I m an athletic, busy working mom. Viki is fantastic! She pick up on my stressed areas and sore muscles. Knowledgeable of specific stretches and helpful tips for wellness. Always available and convienently located. Great massages!

I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. Viki is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. The place was very clean and pretty the therapist looked so professional and well groomed. It seemed she really paid attention to her appearance. The music here is just right. It is soothing and appropriate for the setting. My overall experience with this provider would rank them as the best I've been to. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Viki comes also comes in as needed in case of an emergency! I come in with pain and leave without it. Viki addresses each case and is a great healer.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!
Were the massage therapist's hands too cold?
Not at all! They were the perfect temperature
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I have gone to Viki many times and each time I am delighted. She is 2-1/2 hours from my home which is the only thing that keeps me from going there all of the time. I have had massages in a lot of different locations and Viki is number one on my list by a long shot. When I leave I feel like a kid and have no pain. She knows the business and the body well and has fantastic skills. She charges reasonable rates and I feel like I am stealing from her because she works so hard. Others have watched the clock I feel and can't wait to be done with me but Viki is watching how my body is responding and makes sure all is fixed before she will let me go. It is very refreshing to have someone with so much talent care this much about your well being.

My wife is often treated by Carol and enjoys her methods. Together they make and awesome team.
