Had glasses made with his script that turned out to be weaker than the previous 2 year old script. This doctor was rude, arrogant, and judgemental when I returned to have him redo the exam. He interrupted me constantly and kept saying the numbers on the script were irrelevant and there's no medical reason why I'm "subjectively seeing blurry all of a sudden". During the exam he was not concerned about me seeing the letters clearly: "I only asked if you could see those letters not if you could see them clearly" was his response over and over. He went as far as saying he'd like to refer me to a medical doctor and asked me to leave as he had other patients waiting. I had waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before I sat in his chair, only to be treated like I had mental issues.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I liked this guy. His office was simple and easy to access. His pricing was fair and I never waited long. He cut right to the chase, answered any questions I had and I was done.
