They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. As of today, I've been seeing Dr. Melton for just about 2 years, and have had the same experience every single time. They never falter in their kindness, energy, and helpfulness.
