I have been seeing Dr. Pal for many years, he is great. Gets right to the point, fast appointments. I gave a 3.5 stars because of the staff. It used to be stellar, but the past year or so not so much. There is one lady who sometimes answers the phone, heavy accent, which is fine, but she is rude as can be. Always sighing like you are bothering her, she is a little aggressive at times if you question something she said no matter how polite you are. If she answers and it is not that urgent I will just hang up and try again later. The other staff is great.

Dr. Pal has helped me become a better person, I have reduced the number of medications I was taken and I feel great, his expert advise and empathy are greatly appreciated.

Dr. Pal has made all the difference in my mental state, he has removed me from unnecessary drugs and I have been stable and without any major episodes for years, he is very intuitive and can discern the causes for my problems, I now have better control with less pills.

The office is very small no room to sit. The office staff was unfriendly. Dr. Pal greeted us in socked feet, no shoes were worn the whole visit. His personal cell phone rang 7 times during the visit at which he answered one of the calls and kept looking at his phone each time it rang. His focus was not on our visit. He was very argumentative and everything I questioned he would say that I was incorrect and stated he was always right. First impressions are everything and they failed.

All visits were very positive, so no problems to my knowledge with Dr. PAL and staff. Dr, Pal went out of his way to provide appointments. I felt comfortable, also

Would never go back here !!! Refused to see Dr. Pal at Sentara VB Hospital!!! First impressions make all the differences!! Not a good one at this office!!!! Would not even give a star rating for this practice!!!

I've been seeing Dr Pal now for 8 years and don't have a negative thing to say. At times I've had to schedule a same day appointment and Dr Pal has always been able to see me,sometimes within 90 minutes. Dr Pal is very honest with his patients.

I am not sure why so many negative reviews. I have had a positive experience with Dr. Pal. Staff is great. Wait times are short. Dr. Pal's communication style is direct and maybe that is off-putting to some. I prefer it. They are also accommodating in finding an appointment time that works.

I must say I'm shocked at some of the negative reviews...My experience was nothing but positive. Dr. Pal and his staff went above and beyond to provide care on short notice. I recently moved here and was under a lot of stress but thanks to them I am well adjusted. I was able to get in quickly and when i had issues at the pharmacy i was able to get a hold of Dr. Pal himself to resolve within an hour. I highly recommend him. His secretary is awesome and even though she is always very busy she remains cheerful and helpful....Thanks!!
