My experience with this vet is that the staff is extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem to want to be bothered with me. The people who answer the phone don't seem to have any idea what the other people in the office are doing.

HOWEVER, THAT BEING SAID, THE VET KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
