A good friend recommended me to Dr. Matt. A bad back is what originally sent me to him. The first time I saw Dr. Matt, I was in so much agony that I couldn't get off the floor without the use of heavy drugs. Fast forward to today: not only has my chronic back problem resolved, I do not even give it second thought! Dr. Matt does not just focus on temporary relief - he ferrets out the root of the problem so that permanent healing can take place. I have sent family and friends to Dr. Matt - all of whom have had similar results. Dr. Matt is a patient and calming presence - always willing to take the time necessary to explain his techniques. He is thorough in his approach - careful to first "do no harm". In short, Dr. Matt is a gifted healer.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
