I have been fighting plantar facaitis (sp?) in my right foot for years. Surgeons were eager to do ankle replacement or fusion as ankle is shot from too many sprains and fractures in sports Lots of stretching,years of physical therapy, wearing a boot at night etc
I'm not ready to proclaim victory but we are close. Million dollar value when we do. I was literally crippled 60 days ago when I met Diane and now walking close to pain free

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

We are thrilled to have stumbled upon Diane Shepard and staff. Great results from pain in the lower back.
The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. It was nice to see that they treated their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a healthy relationship with all of their staff. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. Their treatment rooms were fantastic. They were nicely decorated, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here. Let me just say that this clinic is in one a great area, it's easy to get to and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It gives you a real peace of mind. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Dr. Sheppard has a great bedside manner is really caring. She was able to relieve my pain on the first visit.

When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. Let me just say that this clinic is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It gives you a real peace of mind. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This acupuncturist works miracles. I experienced complete relief from my symptoms after treatment and I felt like a new person. They always return my phone calls quickly. I know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question every time I call.
