Terrible experience!!!!! She is always late for her appointments and she is a LIAR. My initial appointment was at 8:00 PM and after 20 min of waiting I decided to reschedule the session. She cannot take no for an answer and doesn’t know how to listen to the patient needs. After I was begging her for 10 minutes to reschedule the session (which she didn’t because she is never available for the time I need and always lies that she can accommodate me) I couldn’t believe she charged me for $20. I was in shock and I left the office. On my way home I called her office to ask her for my curiosity if that’s the way she does business but she didn’t pick up and I left a voice message. I called the second day and a woman with a foreign accent answered the phone. I asked to talk to Sophia and I was advised she was in a session with a patient. Guess who was the woman who answered the phone acting she was someone else? Sophia Aslanis playing and idiotic game with me. I told her that I recognized who she was and that I feel so sorry for her and I’m so disappointed of her very poor professionalism. Shame on you Sophia and I really hope people will read these reviews!
