Not only do they have appointments to fit my ever changing and busy schedule, they never get canceled last minute and they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. In addition, the Pilates training is exceptional. Oralia is extremely knowledgeable and was able to customize a workout routine with my specific needs and requests. The prices are amazingly affordable too.
