Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. Dr. Taylor is a board certified orthodontist. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
