They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff and are professional. Really like Dr. Taylor and started in braces today.

The first visit was educational and we were explained all of the options. Dr. Taylor's staff is very friendly and professional. I chose this office because of the price and the feel of the office. It's a nice place to go for braces.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly are just some of the words I would use to describe them. Whenever I come here I always feel valued and important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
