West Island Massage Therapy is my favorite place to go for a massage. Marianne tailors your massage to your exact needs, concentrating on any sore areas; for me it's always neck/shoulder. I also find her website very informative, especially if you've never had a massage before. She is easy to schedule an appointment with. I always email her and she usually responds within an hour or two. If you're lucky, you may even get to meet her Ragdoll cat, who occasionally will visit the office after your massage. He's a love!

The music is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My massage was the best I've ever had. I couldn't believe how much better I felt when I left. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable.

Marianne is wonderful at what she does. I have gone to other massage therapists in the past and Marianne has by far exceeded them! She was indispensable when I was involved in an accident and was left with back pain. I frequently recommend her to friends and family! Thank you so much!

Before She even started my massage, she asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. She made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. I knew I was in for a very relaxing experience as soon as I walked in the door to get my massage. The waiting room area was so beautiful and serene and the chair was amazingly comfortable. This was a good indication to me that I was in for a real treat and I was right.
I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the Marianne. She went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
