After many aggravated phone calls with my PCP, I finally find Dr. Arakere, and get referred to her. The receptionist tells me that she WILL treat Lyme disease. After waiting weeks with no calls back from Dr. Akakere's office, I finally call them back. She'd already REJECTED my case, because she DOES NOT TREAT LYME. She may be a good doctor, I will probably never know, but this office wasted about a month of my time by not being informed. A month with Lyme can be an extra year of recov

Dr Arakere is professional, kind and caring. She explains the illness and would call you if there is a cause to be alarmed right away.

I had a visitor from a foreign country visiting who became very ill. We were fortunate to be referred to Pushpalatha Arakere, MD.

I found her professional, compassionate and very meticulous with details.

I have worked in the medical field for 30 years, have been retired for 10. I have never met her before, but I am truly impressed.

My only hope is that she will be accepting new patients, if I ever need her expertise.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
