The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

When I went to Pat, my upper back and neck were tight and in pain. In addition, I had a severe sinus headache. It was so outstanding that in such a short while and with such a gentle touch, that when she was done I had no more pain. I was also better for many days. I was so impressed.
I was completely at ease during my appointment here. She went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. She offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. She would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. She were always very considerate and professional. She always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
