They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I really appreciate, is how flexible their appointment times are. I'm always able to get an appointment at a time that works for me. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They had very flexible appointment hours and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
