If you are looking for someone to help you, in any facet of your life, look no further than Arolyn Burns. I feel that she is able to give you practical tools to aid you and to help you get at the root of what you are truly feeling and experiencing. Speaking with her, I became aware of patterns and thoughts that I hadn't even realized were effecting my life. I always left our sessions feeling better, lighter and with a sense of peace and clarity. I highly recommend her!

I had insomnia for a year. One of the most terrifying times in my life
A had little relief from all the methods of healing is tried.
A few sessions with Arolyn, and I haven't had an issue with
Insomnia since-seven years later. She's amazing,

Arolyn is amazing. I started with her to address PTSD and when I was diagnosed with an incurable disease she helped me to deal with the emotional and physical issues by using hypno and traditional therapy. Arolyn is a great listener, and she always provides excellent exercises and " homework" that lead to better coping skills and healing. She is awesome. I highly recommend her. She creates an environment that makes it very easy to share.

Over the past several years I have been living with anxiety and stress. After realizing that life is too short to feel the way that I was feeling, I decided to do something about it. My wife did some research and found Arolyn Burns and the A Treatment Center. I called the number that was listed and spoke directly to Arolyn over the phone. She set up a time to call me back and give me a 15 minute free consulation to see what was going on with me. After the 15 minutes was up, she told me that she wanted to speak with me in person. So I checked with my insurance provider to make sure they covered the therapy and I was given the green light. Long story short, I was able to see Arolyn for talk therapy as well as hypnotherapy. In a total of 6 visiits, I have already begun feeling much better. My anxiety has lessened and my stress levels have dropped significantly. Arolyn is very sweet and caring. She wants what is best for her clients. If you are honest with her, she will be honest with you. If you are someone like me; dealing with anxiety and stress and agree life is too short to feel this way, then I would definitely recommed giving Arolyn a call. What else do you have to lose :)

I am very picky and critical, and very sceptical in general. I have no problem complaining where it is warranted, but I must also give praise where it is due. With that, i must say that Arolyn Burns is great! She is down to earth, insightful and warm. More importantly, she helped me SO much. For several years, I found that I was having to pee all the time. I started off by going to the doctor. After a bunch of tests, I was sent to physical therapy. I had to do lots of uncomfortable exercises, like Kegels etc. It helped some. But then later, it came back again. Back to the doctor, more tests. Back to physical therapy. Except now the PT was not covered by insurance and was costing me $150 per session. There was also talk of medication, which -of course- has lots of side effects, and would be a lifelong thing. It suddenly occurred to me that perhaps hypnotherapy could help, since my problem seemed to have to do with relaxing my pelvic floor muscles which are not really under my conscious control. I ended up finding Ms. Burns. After just four sessions, my problem was solved! It has not returned. And I did not have to do Kegels exercises,, take meds etc. My ife has improved so much. No more getting up constantly all night long, so I am sleeping much better. So glad I gave this a try.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I would highly recommend Ms. Burns, She has brought my life back to live after 10 plus years and spending thousands of dollars to treat my freeway driving phobia. The first time I saw her I told her that she was my last try and after 4 sections I have been able to drive the freeways with confidence and secure of my self.
Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and relaxing was just walking into her office. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. She was always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. She is so kind and caring, and she stays open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them or to work with my working schedule.I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and she is by far the best I've ever seen. YES, 5 visits and there I went!!!
