Avoid this practice at ALL costs!!!! The only good thing I could say is that they fit you in quickly. But at the expense of everyone else! I need two extractions and have extreme anxiety of the dentist, which is why I was referred to a surgeon. I called on Friday, and my appointment was made for Monday. I sat there in a packed room for over an hour. I was called back, and they took x-rays. Then they walked me around the entire building and said "Oh, sorry there's actually not any rooms available, you'll need to go back to the waiting room". When I eventually was called back, I sat in the room for over 30 minutes waiting to see the DR. There was a glove on the floor by the door, bloody gauze left in the trash can, and the entire arm of the dental seat was broken off. When the doctor finally came in, he was the only person in the entire practice to have courtesy. Although he stated he was "overbooked" and was extremely quick with me. Never even looked in my mouth, and I'm not sure he even really looked at my chart. I was given an appointment for surgery the next day and was never given any pre op instructions (e.g. not to eat the night before, don't take medications the morning of, make sure you have a driver). I arrived the next morning 15 minutes early to my appointment time, like requested. After sitting there for an hour, I began to hear other people stating their surgery was scheduled for the exact same time as mine. There was a sign on the wall stating they only had one surgeon. I asked the front desk if they really only had one surgeon and scheduled multiple people for the same time. They were extremely rude and admitted that it was true. We found out that four other patients were scheduled for 11:00 am with the same surgeon. Their response was they would be in different rooms. So, one surgeon is going to run back and forth between five rooms and hope something doesn't go seriously wrong with one of the patients? During my time in the waiting room, they sent out patients that were still loopy, drooling all over themselves, with blood on their face, crying in pain, and made them stand at the front desk. How embarrassing is that for the patient and makes the other patients waiting feel even more nervous. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and left with fear for my safety! This practice is rude, unprofessional, dirty, unsafe, extremely impersonal, and apparently tries to commit insurance fraud. Stay far far away!!!

after a two hours driving and paying tolls for my daughter to see the dentist when we finally get there we are told he had to leave and we needed to reschedule. it took almost 6 months to get this appointment.. now i have to take off work yet again and drive her another time. this is ridicules!

I feel much comfortable at Dr. Andrew Dormeshian office everytime I go there. I would like to recommend Dr. Andrew Dormeshian to everyone, especially for teeth alignment cases!

Thanks to Dr. Andrew Dormeshian treatment for braces my teeth are completely straight and I have a great smile! The procedure of the treatment from beginning to ending is not at all painful and the facilities are always nice, pleasant, and clean. I feel so much comfortable over smilekrafter!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Smile Krafters staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely capable. They care so much about patient comfort; their pain management is superb and also works extremely fast. Overall, a truly outstanding experience.

I looked up all the great reviews and made apt. Arrived 10 minutes early, filled out paperwork and waited. I am a scardy cat when it comes to Dentists and let them know and I wanted a consult as I had alot of work I wanted done. Waited in empty lobby for 40 minutes then asked was there a problem. Was told they need to verify Insurance before I could even see the doctor and they could not get in touch with mine. She was just going to keep me waiting there and not say a word and she had no idea what to do since they could not verify. I left, I was terrified already and they sure did not help. Very rude and unsympathic.. Guess I should not trust reviews in the future."

The doctors and staff were very professional and friendly. The office is beautiful and spotless. My teeth are not in the best shape, all of the work I received was fantastic. I even went with veneers because I was always embarrassed about my smile, and they look amazing!

I have been going to Dr. Vinnikov for a couple of years now. I trust her and her staff with my family and friends. She is a very gentle and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any problems and my children love her too! I feel as if she is my friend and not just my dentist.
