Dr. King and his staff always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have with the utmost kindness. I notice they treat all their clients in the same friendly, gracious manner. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room, but I rarely need to wait long before they call me for treatment. I was more comfortable with Dr. King and his staff than I've ever been with any other chiropractor. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I've never had a complaint with Dr. King, but I'm sure if I did, he would take me seriously and do his best to help me. I highly recommend him!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I am a nurse practitioner and I value skill highest of all. Bill King is the most skilled Chiropractor I have recieved treatment from.

They were as kind as could be, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. If I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I like that I can count on them to work with me until they found a solution for my situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr King is very good and best of all he resolves the problem and say's come back and see us if you have any more trouble. He is not greedy, doesn't try to take a bunch of your money. He is very informative and explains things so you can understand them and also listens well.
