They were very qualified and knowledgeable. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I had all my questions answered, and Dr. Williams never made me feel like I was complaining or a hypochondriac. He did his best to work around my difficult insurance issues, which was very nice. He included me in decisions about my treatment, which I really appreciate. He was also encouraging in the face of my chronic, complex illness.
