I love Dr. Maddox and his staff. They are all so kind and caring, and you can tell they enjoy working together. He is a great doctor, and never makes me feel like he is going to hurt me. He sends me home with stretches and other instructions to help improve my condition. I feel that he is truly interested in helping his patient, and not just getting paid.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. My back had been spasming to the extnt that I had to pull over when driving. And after the 1st visit, I felt great relief!!! They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Kyle really seems to care about you, the patient.
