I CAME TO DR. HARRIS ON OCTOBER 21, 2013 COMPLAINING ABOUT MY EYES ALWAYS TEARING. HE PERFORMED A SHORT PROCEDURE INVOLVING THREE INCISIONS WITHIN MY TEAR DUCT THE VERY SAME DAY. DR. HARRIS IS PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE. THE STAFF AT RITTENHOUSE EYE ASSOCIATES WERE KIND, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE , COMFORTING AND ENCOURAGING. I WAS SO SCARED! THE DR AND HIS STAFF MADE A CHALLENGING TIME EASIER. MY SELF ESTEEM HAS GAINED SEVERAL NOTCHES DUE TO MY EYES BEING HEALED I DON'T HAVE TO BE CONSTANTLY ASKED "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR EYES?" BY STRANGERS, FRIENDS, AND COWORKERS. THANK YOU!

The eye exam went very well. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I did feel that the doctor was overbooked. My appointment took 2 hours from start to finish (not sure if that is normal). Also, I worried about my dilated eyes and the sunlight. I wasn't given any sunglasses or information to protect them.

Love Dr. Harris and the staff at Rittenhouse Eye Associates. Have had eye problems since I was young. Dr. Harris explained the procedure thoroughly and everything went exactly as planned.

Everytime I have gone to see Dr. Harris, from the initial consultation up and until today, the staff has been professional, friendly and effecient. I have never had to wait (unlike most doctor's offices). Dr. Harris is comforting, and has me (a doctorphobe) comfortable enough to trust him with performing my eye surgery. I work in a professional office, and am usually very critical, however, I have found nothing to criticize with any part of my experience with Dr. Harris' office and staff.
