They had a computer glitch one time which erased all of their appointments. My daughter and I arrived as scheduled but they would not accommodate us stating that they do not have the time for us. They wanted us to reschedule. No apologies from the doctor. If I were the one to miss my appointment without notice I would have been charged a fee.. I guess my time is not as important as theirs. I understand that things happen that may be out of the office's control but making accommodations for clients who are already scheduled should have been a top priority. The staff leaves much to be desired. I witnessed a staff member reprimand a client for using the cell phone. There is a sign but it is not always visible especially if there is someone standing in front of it. The person was on the phone for about 30 seconds and was not even loud. The staff member could have waited (within reason, of course) and took the client aside to tell her about their cell phone policy. I guess the staff member takes pleasure in embarrassing people. She probably felt important by doing so. It just left a negative vibe with me and I am sure to others who were present as well.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they treat their staff with respect
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
