He was rude. His off is old and out dated. He completed exam without nurse in the room. I believe used unsterile equip because I was completely fine when I went in for my routine visit after selecting him, he even told me all was fine when I left, yet 3 hrs later as in extreme pain and had a discharge. Called him several time but got no return called even tho I left messages with front desk. Found out after two days of pain and discomfort I had a sev vag infection which I know came from this office. First, last, and worse visit.

I have a lot to say about Dr. Accinelli's integrity. The company I work for was called there to do a service call on their printer, and after coming out and diagnosing the problem -- the doctor refused to pay for the service call. This speaks volumes about the lack of this person's integrity, and I would NEVER go to them. I'm sure they don't diagnose patient conditions by phone, and I'm sure they charge an excessive rate for their office visits. Apparently, the only time they value -- is their own! They went to collections as a bad debt!

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I am having a very hard time paying my bill. They only accept MasterCard or Visa and I guess they take that information over the phone since the bill came with instructions to call the office to make payment. However, I keep getting the doctor's answering service when I try to pay. Because I work in open space, I find this very annoying since I have to find a private space to conduct business and the staff is not available during office hours.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
