I have seen Drs Doerr, Myers, Brown and Tyner all at Grandview Hospital. I was supposed to see one of the kidney doctors, but on Jan.7, I was to undergo surgery for my left foot and my vocal cords began to collapse. Dr. Fuentes put a trache in and I shall have it permanently. I have been putting off appointments due to my left foot. Tomorrow I find out from Dr. Hatic whether this foot has to come off.
Now I am faced with another issue. Dr. Madireddy put me on 2mg of Bumex about 2 weeks ago. Today I had juice, coffee, a Coke Zero and about a liter and a half of water and have no inclination to go to the bathroom. That happened to me a week or so ago as well. Do you think there is something seriously going wrong with my kidneys? Right now I am at Kidney disease stage 3. If Dr. Doerr would like to get some bloodwork done, she can always call Gem City Home Healthcare and ask Rhonda Plantz to draw my blood. I suppose that would be a starting point. Should I go ahead and make an appointment anyway or should I wait to see if my foot is going to have to be taken off?
