They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
