I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt very comfortable talking with the counselor. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is above expectation. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
