Easy to schedule, just email him! Always gets back to me. I like his approach, he is full of good ideas, cares and listens to me. I feel confident in his help with my issues. I plan to see him for as long as I can.
I have been seeing him for several years off and on as needed, I never look anywhere else. He has over 40 years experience (I asked when I first started seeing him) and I have sent several people to him. I think he does therapy the way it should be (for me).

Bill as he is called is a wonderful therapist. He is kind and professional without being stuffy. He is honest and sometimes I guess I would say blunt. But never in a negative way. Bill doesn't hide behind his having a PHD....instead he is approachable,and realistic. He is good about emailing back. With my hectic schedule I appreciated that so much!
I have sent friends and family his contact information, I am that confident in his care.

I was referred to Bill by a co-worker who has seen him for a few years. He is so helpful and honest. There is no feeling of fake caring from him. It is genuine.
Bill doesn't mince words and I appreciate that. He is what some might call blunt but I find it refreshing because it is helpful and honest. Bill has always been available to see me. He doesn't have a staff so it is all through him and I know he still responds faster than other therapists I have seen.
Bill is comforting and will help talk to your doctor if you need medication. He is full of good ideas and I really feel he has helped me in my future.

My daughter is in middle school and was having a rough time. Dr Singer was recommended to us and my daughter was skeptical.....we had tried a few other therapists and she hated it. She doesn't mind therapy now, in fact she goes and wants to keep going. She says Bill really understands things and is easy to talk to. As a parent I know it is easy to schedule with him, his office has great parking and he is great in communication with us between appointment times. I am really glad we found him. He has given me great tips on communication with my daughter without breaking her confidentiality, which I find really great...for both of us.

Great therapist. Have had many others but this counselor is wonderful. Very accessible, easy to set appointments. Handles emergencies well. Great listener. I didn't need to find anyone else.

I have found Dr Singer very helpful in resolving relationship issues. He has both knowledge and exceptional people skills. He is quick to communicate. Very helpful and caring. I appreciate his timeliness.

I am not sure why someone felt violated and then gave Dr Singer so many stars? How is that possible?
I have seen Dr Singer for almost 4 years. He is always available to fit you in if you have an emergency--not always the case with other counselors. He has been used by companies to help their employees deal with death and other situations. He does work with your primary doctor or another provider (psychiatrist or ARNP, PA) to get your medications if you need. I started seeing him due to my medications being way too much and making me crazy! I was in crisis and he fit me in.
He is an active listener, he sees children who come out of his office smiling and seem to be glad they are seeing him. He really does make it easy to communicate with him after your appointment and will get back in touch in a timely manner. He doesn't have a front office staff so you just leave a message and he returns the calls. He makes it easy to talk to someone about things that might not be easy to talk about. People of all ages and walks of life, economic classes etc.. can be found leaving his office. He has over 30 years in the business. If you need a counselor, give him a call. You will be glad you did.

There is no Dr in William Singer, he is there to listen and help you find what you need to find within yourself to enjoy your life and make the most of it. He does not have a front office staff so you deal directly with him and a billing office. He is easy to contact via email or phone, returns calls same day or the next. I have never waited longer than overnight if I call after 8 PM. He finds a way to see you the same week (I have never had to wait) and treats the whole family from children through grandma. He has a broad spectrum of knowledge and interests that he displays in his homey office which make great ice breakers when you aren't sure how to talk. Over 30 years in the business. He never seems to be put out by anything you say and is not boring. He never seems to just go through the motions. I have referred one person to him and would do it again in a second. He is real and talks to you like you are real instead of simpering in his chair like a textbook. He makes therapy feel alive and like you have an active role in it. It is YOUR life after all. He is very knowledgeable about medications and will work with a MD, ARNP or psychiatrist to get you onto the correct one if needed. He helps with job issues and has been called to companies to help when employees commit suicide or die suddenly, I find that to be a huge vote of confidence. We are talking Amazon, Microsoft, Seattle Cancer centers and more. He has testified in court on behalf of children who are being abused. The kids love him and often leave smiling. He is a keeper.
