I really like Ms Scruggs ; I used her several years ago and found her caring , compassionate and thorough. Although it has been years since my visit , I cannot state how safe and pleasant her demeanor is .

I came to her in hopes of getting help with my issues. At first she and off as concerned, caring, and helpful. After a few visits I found her to be just a nosey person who only wanted to get in your business and not offer any kind of help. She is unorganized and can't keep up with her files so why I expected her to help me, I don't know. She leaves client's personal files out for everyone to see and doesn't take confidentiality seriously. She cuts sessions short and is a fraud!

I wouldn't recommend her services to ANYONE. She is dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
