I am commenting on Stephen MacGruder's performance and intuitiveness. He was both professional and thorough. He is a man who obviously can tell when someone is not being truthful and is more than hard to fool. He participated in an investigation with Nickie Haggart, LCSW, that was incredibly precise. To my relief and disbelief they were not fooled by the party who was untruthful, undermining, and vindictive. Everything they said and predicted was and did come true, and is continuing today.
They, along with many, are sickened that the Judge, Judge John Carlin in lee County, refused to enter their report, along with numerous videos of a named 5 year old child panicking and throwing up not wanting to go with the person described in the report, and even more shocking, after the child's pediatrician diagnosed her as well with severe separation and mood disorder after being separated from her primary care taker. They did everything they could, but the judge allowed nothing and ruled in favor of the parent who leaves the child with numerous strangers while in that parent's custody.
