negligent and incompetent....

Pretended to be a neutral mediator, but Ms. Lund had conspired with my ex-wife's attorney prior to the mediation. (I learned this later, from letters that were uncovered during discovery.) This explained why, from the outset of the mediation, Ms. Lund was biased and hostile to me.
My experience with Ms. Lund was, at the time, quite bewildering. It only made sense later on.
Shocking lack of integrity.
