They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot.

I went to Helen when I was getting separated from my husband. She literally was one of the reasons I got through it and I was actually excited to see her every week. I ended up getting back together with my husband and when I asked her if we might be able to do marriage counciling, she said that she would be more comfortable with us going elsewhere since she knew my side of it and felt that she might be biased. I thought this was extremely professional and it really showed me that she cared about myself as well as our marriage. Reading some of the other reviews, yes, her office is sometimes cluttered, but it was never a distraction for me. Her receptionist, Diane, is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met and I found myself going in early for appointments just to chat with her. I always left my appointments feeling a lot better in general. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My children were very comfortable with her. They came out of the visit with a very positive attitude. She took time to get to know them as a person and dealt with them individually or as a group.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. It was very unorganized with paper everywhere. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was emotionally attacked when this woman decided that my husbands problems were cause by me. She had no idea what caused the problem. She assumed things and not therapist should do that. They should get all the facts. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I would suggest that someone who needs marriage counseling should go somewhere else.
