She does not care about the parents that are paying the bill. Beware! she is only concerned about money, and is not interested in the patient who is a minor. Telling the underage patient that "your father is going to pay for this" meanwhile the father thinks the insurance will pay in full, as she stated during scheduling the first appointment over the phone.
