Sue always listens to what you have to say and tries to help you as a patient. She does not tell you what to do but rather teaches you techniques to handle your issues. I have been a patient now for about a month and received more help and more confidence than I ever received from my other counselor with whom I had seen off and on for two years. I thank God that he sent me to Sue and am now learning the techniques I need to improve my life.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Just as a side note, I was impressed with how conveniently located this business was. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was quite comfortable, which I appreciated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
