Carol is amazing. Her knowledge, wisdom and experience has been invaluable to me and the child in my care. The progress he's made since we began seeing her is amazing, and she's really helped me to understand where he's coming from and how to help him.

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Carol Thomas, Linda Wirtz are corrupt and should be banned from counseling. She is extremely biased and writes false reports that are far from true and in the best interest of the children and parents involved, she works closely with the atrociously corrupt CPS. An organization against her and her associates is forming and will bring them to justice for what they have done. Please join in and speak out on this or any other campaigns against her if you have been a victim of her unethical corrupt practices. The posts listed are obviously fake because they don't even mention what kind of facility they are. Counseling for mostly children contracted by Department of health and Social services which they are extremely biased for and completely support DSHS's agenda to separate good parents from their children. They are oriented towards alleged lying victims typically women and come across as hating men. My boyfriend had to deal with them for alleged custody issues where the spouse habitually lied to authorities which was proven numerous times but they disregarded the facts and advocated for the liar. If you are appointed this establishment do everything you can to get them removed as an assessor to your situation. They come across as sweet and nice and lead him to believe they were going to be favorable but executed him with their false reports to the courts. My advice to anyone associated by CPS or otherwise is to steer clear of them at any cost, they are snakes.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
