when i first signed up, they told me any rent paid would be 10% of my income and that i would get it back at the end of the program. I was told i had to pay rent for that month after i was admitted and I didn't get a receipt at the time of payment,they later told me i wouldn't be gettin that money back because they lost funding and the rule book reads that my paying rent was for"cable,subscriptions,and food", however, I get my on food because have snap benefits,i never get to watch the tv because someone else always is watching it already, and there are no other subscriptions. BBB anyone?

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not if my life depended on it

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
